Not bad !  I use to live and grew up in Va Beach... sometimes I think about owning a rental property down there to diversity our real estate portfolio.

What a great view! Is this a weekly, seasonal or year round rental?  It seems to me they could make a fortune by the week!

Thanks Jim, Just to clarify - the beach picture is of the access area a short distance away, not the view from the building.  There are 2 properties between this one and the beach.  Condo rules have a minimum of a 6 month lease.   -Mark
